Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Besser Wisser Solution Private Limited ("we", "us"), who provide BrokerDesk. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. Please also read our privacy policy.

1. The service

BrokerDesk lets real estate brokers and agencies store, search and share their property listings on Android and iPhone. An agency's workspace has one owner, who pays, and may include one staff member. We may improve or change features over time; if we remove something important you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

2. Your account

• You log in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure: anyone who can receive your codes can open your account.
• The details you give (name, agency, city) must be true. You must be 18 or older and use BrokerDesk for your work.
• The owner is responsible for who they invite as staff and for what staff can see. Removing a staff member ends their access to the agency's data.

3. Free trial and subscription

• A new agency gets a 14-day free trial with all features, once per agency.
• After the trial, BrokerDesk costs ₹1,000 per month per agency (including GST), for the owner and one staff member.
• Subscriptions are bought and managed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, under their terms. They renew automatically until you cancel in the store; cancelling stops the next renewal, and access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds follow the store's refund policy.
• Without an active trial or subscription the app is read-only: you can view, search and export your listings but not add, edit or share them. We keep your data for at least 90 days after a subscription ends.
• If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and the store will ask for your agreement where it requires that.

4. Your listings and the people in them

• Your listings, photos and files remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and back them up only to provide the service to you.
• You are responsible for what you store and share: that listings are accurate, that you have the right to use the photos and files, and that property owners have agreed to you keeping their contact details.
• You must follow the law that applies to your work, including RERA rules where they apply.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BrokerDesk to store or share anything unlawful, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights; to send spam; to try to reach other agencies' data; to interfere with or overload the service; or to copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app.

6. Our responsibilities

• We work to keep BrokerDesk available, secure and your data backed up, but the service is provided "as is". We can't promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors, and the app keeps a copy of your listings on your phone for that reason.
• We are not a party to any deal between you, owners and customers, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of listings.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost business or profits.

7. Ending the agreement

• You can stop at any time: cancel the subscription in the store, and delete your account in the app (Settings, then Delete account). Deleting the owner's account deletes the agency's data.
• We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaks these terms or the law, after a warning where that is reasonable. We will let you export your listings unless the law prevents it.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they apply. Continuing to use BrokerDesk after that means you accept the new terms.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to resolve it.
